Spare Wheel and Tire for 2024 Grand Design Solitide 376RD

Question:

Looking for a wheel and tire to use as a spare on a 2024 Grand Design Solitide 376rd 5th wheel trailer. Current tires are 235 75r17.5. Not sure about offsets and centering so need some help. Thanks!

Hey Mark! Since you have 235/75R17.5 tires on there now you can use the Triangle 235/75R17.5 Radial Tire # TR32ZR as a spare. This keeps the tire size the same. I don't have a way of knowing if your current wheels have an offset since Grand Design doesn't list that information. However, if you do have an offset I can tell you it isn't much.

This wheel is a -0.5" offset so the center of the wheel is pushed toward the trailer. Even if it is more than you have now, it won't hurt since it is only a spare. If you want to be sure you can either call and ask if Grand Design has that information or measure. If you have an offset of 0 the distance from the mounting surface to the wheel face will be the same on either side of the wheel.
