Question:
What is the proper lubricant for the arms on a Roadmaster Falcon 5250. The arms get stiff to pull out. Spraying silicone in the holes on the sides of the arm helps them slide much easier for a short while. Is that the best lubricant? What about white lithium? thanks for great service always!

Hey Clem, welcome back! For a Roadmaster Falcon 5250 tow bar, you should use a dry silicone spray lubricant like the Roadmaster item # RM-747. You don't want to use white lithium because it'll attract all kinds of dust and debris.
Roadmaster recommends using the item # RM-747 every two or three trips. This will keep the arms clean and allow them to glide without resistance.
When you say it works for a short time how often are you lubricating your tow bar?

The spray is an essential part of using any kind of toe bar, especially after you've driven in snow and or rain make sure things are really dried off well and aired out with them fully extended before stowing them away permanently. also use the cleaner that's recommended first and then use the silicone spray. great product.

The square outer arms have several small holes in them. Should I spray silicone lubricant into those holes? The video does not show doing that. It only shows spraying on the outer surfaces.
