Hey Tanya, if the truck is a dually the correct Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL kit would be the part # AL83DQ for the 2024 Ford F-350 or if it's a non-dually you'd want the part # AL89DQ. Both of these part numbers are complete kits that come with everything needed to install. These also come with manual inflation valves as well so they can be manually inflated like you are wanting.

I have not pulled my Bison horse trailer with it presently but will be doing so this summer to Alaska to visit my kids/grand kids... Subsequent to my installation... my Son-in-law who is a trucker and Runs the ICE Road along with Managing the transportation company that runs the road.. indicated that the Firestone Airbags are a better fit.. and they cost about the same... If I were to do it over again.. I would do the Firestone Airbags as they are similar to what is installed on large Tractor Trailer trucks.. Eric

I installed the 7500 XL on my 2025 F250 last year. I installed the manual valves and also the airlift compressor for it. Installation was a breeze. Using them with the compressor is a god send. Myself, I have had no issues. Both kits came complete with everything I needed. I’ve heard similar comments about the Firestone airbags, I just can’t comment on them. I like the airlifts and they do me great with no issues.

I installed the airbags on my Ford F250 so I could pull our 38 foot fifth wheel. I have since pulled that fifth wheel about 15,000 miles and have had no problem with the airbags. They do what they’re supposed to do. They let me level up my truck and the trailer so everything’s straight. I did not get the air compressor so I have to air the airbags up, but that’s not really a problem. I carry a little compressor with me. The kit came with everything I needed. Didn’t have to add anything. I installed them myself and I would not call it an easy install. It might be for somebody else, but it was not for me.

I installed the Airlift 7500XL airbags on my 2024 Ford F350 SRW.I tow a 16000 # fifth wheel with a 2400 # hitch weight. The airbags made a tremendous improvement in the ride quality when towing. The installation instructions and illustrations in the Airlift kit were not very good in my opinion.Etrailer has an excellent installation video on their website making the install much easier.
