When heavy trailers or bed loads make the rear sag, steering and braking can get unpredictable. The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate air helper springs add up to 7,500 lbs of load-leveling support to keep your truck level under serious weight. The 7" diameter double-bellows air springs have more volume than the LoadLifter 5000 series, giving greater leveling strength at lower pressures. This helps maintain safe headlight aim, steady tire contact, and confident handling no matter what you’re hauling.

Big loads can make every bump hit harder, but these springs are built to handle it. Each bag includes an internal jounce bumper that cushions the suspension when running with low or no air pressure, preventing damage if you hit a dip with an underinflated setup. The system also reduces sway and absorbs road shock to keep the ride smooth and stable on highways or uneven roads.

Every haul is different, so being able to fine-tune your suspension is key. The LoadLifter 7500 XL lets you adjust each spring manually between 5 psi and 100 psi for the exact support you need. Each spring can be inflated independently for side-to-side leveling when loads aren’t evenly distributed. Manual inflation valves and air lines are included and can be mounted for easy access, or you can add an optional compressor system with in-cab gauges for on-the-fly adjustments.
Durability matters when your truck works hard day after day. These 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber air springs are protected top and bottom by Air Lift’s exclusive roll plates that increase load capacity and guard against damage. The endcaps are made from high-strength Zytel nylon that’s lighter and more corrosion resistant than steel, so they stand up to extreme conditions without adding unnecessary weight. Mounting brackets, hardware, and roll plates come included for a solid setup that’s built to last.

I haul a Northern Lite 10-2 truck camper and the Airlift 7500 air bags are working out great. I have lower stabiloads that work great as well but the camper is significantly heavier on the right side so the airbags help level things up. Adding the on board compressor has been really helpful and I’m impressed with how quickly the compressor fills the bags. I have used it to help level the camper at campsites. As others have said the bolts at the top of the bags can be challenging to install so remove the spare tire and rear shocks to save yourself some trouble. I also made a tapered wooden dowel to make alignment of the bolts easier. Happy with my purchase.
Watching the installation video provided by the web site will make your life easier as it gives great explanations and tips.
I suggest having a few extra "pilot" drill bits on hand as I broke several due to not having a good right angle grill and the space between the frame rail and body was tight.
A right-angle drill is a must have to complete the installation of the pump and controller.
Installation was easy but I took my time and completed in 5 hrs.
As for the product, all parts delivered in the kit. Wire Harness and Airline lengths were more than ample for a 2025 F350 Long box.
Set up of controller and Phone app blue tooth was very easy. Very impressed with the phone app and response from the pump.
I ran a few days without this due to shipping delays. This is a must have if you pull different trailers or more than once a week. Filling with an air compressor is a PAIN!
This was a great upgrade for my 19 Ram 2500. Easily installed, had an issue with a leaking airline fitting but customer service addressed it and so far the bags have been operating on my truck for a year-and no complaints so far. Truck handles better when towing or cargo loaded into the bed. Highly recommend.
Great service and fast delivery
Delivered when promised. Great job!!
Looks good cant wait to install.
Everything was perfect except FedEx added an additional day to deliver my parts causing additional problems. The product is amazing.
I added this to level my truck when hauling heavy loads like my truck camper. It took longer than expected to install, but the documentation was comprehensive. Plan on an all day installation with two people if you have never installed one before. I haven't driven the truck with the camper installed yet, but confident if will meet my needs.
Had issue with the NPT threads leaking over time. Took them back out and Teflon doped and sealed. Maintains air pressure with no pressure decay for months now. etrailers prompt order shipment and packaging were excellent.
Easy install on my own. One year later they’re still working great. I haul a 10,000 lb tractor and Skid Steer as well as a 40’ GN full of hay, mostly. I typically leave the airbags at 50psi and that seems to do the trick. My dad also did some hotshot trucking for a few months and we love these airbags. A huge noticeable difference after airbags.
Sat in Sweden (Europe) and googled for Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs for my 2020 Ford F350 and found them on etrailer.com. Paid with Swedish credit card and sent them with UPS, 1 week later they were on my car in Sweden. Everything worked very smooth and quickly. Thanks etrailer.
I have not towed anything yet. I pull a 42' 5th wheel RV and from what everyone tells me, these bags make a huge difference. I'm full time living in an RV so I don't have a shop or all the tools that would have made this a bit more easy. First of all, unless you have a lot of time and patience, this is a tough job for one person. Do yourself a favor and get an air socket wrench. This would cut down on install time considerably. I don't remember the size, but if you have a dually like I do, have a set of ratcheting box end wrenches. Thankfully, the guy helping me had a set and I don't know how we would have done one of the brackets without it. Watch some youtube videos for some helpful hints. Go to the manufacturers website for videos. Read through the directions a couple times first. Especially pay attention to the specifics of Left and Right, and sway bar or no sway bar. The directions aren't horrible, but they aren't great either. Divide your hardware, put them in zip lock bags and label them, using the parts list in the front of the book. Also, have a breaker bar on hand. My buddy and I had never installed these before. Neither of us are certified mechanics, but have a pretty good understanding of mechanics and we know how to turn a wrench. This install took us about 6 hours (note, this does not include the hour or so that I spent putting the bags together on a previous day). To raise and lower, we used a bottle jack under the rear hitch. You don't need to raise it off the ground, but you need to get it as high as you can without going off the ground. I will try to come back and add my 2 cents on the performance aspect after we head out with the RV.
As always, etrailer was very helpful and I had a speedy delivery.
I installed the air lift system and could not be happier. The truck now rides very smooth even with a heavy load. Great product addition to my truck.
I have a couple thousand miles on them now and happy to have them. I put a compressor and tank onboard. I have an in cab gauge with controls to inflate and deflate. All is working great. There is a lot of finagling to get the bags into place but the instructions and videos we found made sure it was a complete job.

We have the airlift on my 2023 F350. We pull a 8,000lb. 5th wheel and it really helps improve the ride on rough roads or bridge over passes. Could not be happier. I generally run around 40 psi in both sides.
