Adapter For 2025 Chevy 2500HD Pucks To Use B&W Patriot Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch

Question:
I just bought a 2025 Chev 2500hd with the OEM puck system and want to know is there a base/adapter I can use to swap the Patriot slider hitch over?

Hey Brad.
You'll be wanting the Curt Adapter # C88KR. This will fit into the OEM pucks of your '25 Chevy 2500HD and will allow you to reuse your B&W Patriot Sliding Hitch.

Brad, I purchased this for my 2021 GMC 3500. I pull a 2019 Grand Design. Worked like a charm. It raised the hitch about 2 inches which I liked as well. You do have to put it together and torque the bolts, not bad. One bolt would not tighten, and customer service helped me out by sending me a new one. I like the fact I can remove it completely and not have rails left in the bed. Works great and even fit my older reese hitch

The adapter works great. I had a rail system before. I bought a new truck with the pick system and was able to transfer my hitch to the adapter with no problem.
