Question:
Can this winch handle fit a 12 mm bolt. If not are there any other winches have an eye with large enough diameter to fit a 12mm bolt. Thanks

Many winch handles, especially ratcheting handles, fit specific winches. Handle # DL70347 fits Dutton-Lainson DLB-series brake winches. If you do not have a winch in this series the handle will not fit. The handle threads onto a 1/2 inch coarse threaded shaft.
If you can tell me the winch make and model that you have I can determine if we have a replacement.
