Can Redarc Tow Pro Link Install on Truck with OEM Brake Controller

Question:
I have a 2017 Ford F150 Platinum with the 3.5 EcoBoost engine. I have a factory installed break controller with factory installed 7 pin towing package and was wondering if I could use the Radark tow pro in addition to what I already have? Thanks!

Hey Randy, yes you can use the Redarc Tow Pro Link part # RED57AR that you referenced on vehicles that have OEM brake controllers like your 2017 Ford F-150 Platinum. Once installed this would take over the brake output circuit from your OEM brake controller and would allow it to be what controls the trailer brakes. How do you like the OEM controller?
