Replacement Seals for a Pace Edwards Bedlocker Tonneau Covers

Updated 02/14/2026 | Published 02/08/2026

Question:

I have a Bedlocker cover on my 2024 GMC Sierre 2500. I thought I needed a replacement tailgate seal. However while watching the video on replacing the seal I noticed that the side rails do not have the caps you show in the video. This would explain why it leaks around edge of tailgate. I have tried to find the proper part number to purchase replacements. Could you provide me the information so I can correct a problem that I have had since I installed the cover. Thank you

Hey Richard. We've got a couple of replacement seals for the Pace Edwards Bedlocker style tonneau covers. They are the Replacement Bulb Style Tailgate Seal item # PE92TJ and the Replacement Tailgate Top Seal item # PE99CV you were looking at.

As far as replacement caps go, how long is your Sierra's bed and does your Bedlocker cover have the explorer rails built into it with T-slots?

You can add this information, along with any other questions you have, where it says Add Comment.

The cover was purchased in July 2024 from Real Truck. It has the bulb tailgate seal. I am not sure how to determine what type of track I have. The seal appears to be fine. The only thing I need is the end pieces of the cover. Please advise what I need to do and if parts are available. Thank you Richard Davis

@RichardD Do you know how long your Sierra's truck bed is? I asked because I am trying to narrow down the options for covers so I can see what's available as far as replacement parts go. What did Real Truck say? If you're missing pieces of your cover you may have a warranty claim.

@JerredH My truck bed is 6 1/2 feet. I did not contact Real Truck because I wasn't aware I was missing the parts. When I contacted Real Truck about the cover leaking, I was told I must have installed it improperly. At that point I just resided myself to having a leaky cover. If there are just two rail types I would not be opposed to simply purchasing both in order to get a sealed cover. Richard Davis

@RichardD Thanks for the information! There's two Bedlocker model covers for your 6-3/4' 2024 GMC Sierra 2500. Bedlocker Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover w Explorer Rails item # PE79CV Bedlocker Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover item # PE78CV We don't have any replacement rails for them or a cover/cap but that doesn't mean we can't find them. I went back and I'm pretty sure I found the video you watched that showed the caps you don't have and linked it below. What I'd like you to do, assuming it's the right video, is watch it again and tell me what time in the video you see the caps. I'd also like you to email me a picture or two directly to the email address you receive this response from of your cover and what you're missing.
