Hey Evan, the Swing Out Extensions part # LC182496 that you referenced do fit the Happijac 4600 set that you have now and will give you 5 inches of extension to fit out past the dually setup on your truck.

Hi Evan. The extensions work as advertised however with my older 2000 Lance 920, the bolt holes didn't line up. This is a newer style that has a different bolt pattern. I was able to make mine work by drilling out some new bolt holes. I bought some grade 8 hardware to replace the hardware that was used on the jacks originally. The new extensions stick down a bit further than the brackets on the camper also so you have one bolt hole on that end that has nothing to attach it to. Drilling a third hole will give you a work around. I had a set of the older dually extensions and I think these are made sturdier.
