Will this spare tire carrier support a 175 lb., 37inch wheel and tire with a 10 lug F-550 bolt pattern?

Hi Brian; the etrailer Spare Tire Mount will not be able to handle that wheel and tire. You will need the Roadmaster Hitch Spare Tire Mount with 2" Receiver Opening # RM-195225. This can hold wheels up to 24-1/2" and is compatible with all wheel bolt patterns like the 10x225mm on your F-550 wheels.
Is this for a work truck or something else?
