Hey John, welcome back. From the bottom of the landing pad to the mounting plate is 12" on the Tradesman 7K Hydraulic A-Frame Jack w/ Connection Kit for Bumper Pull Dump Trailers item # ST47VR. It has a total 32" retracted length and will provide up to 24" of lift. This kit includes all hydraulic lines and fittings necessary to connect to a dump trailers hydraulic system.
