If you're speaking of the grommet mounted 3 function taillight, part # ST70RB, the lamp would use the # A45PB straight or the # A47PB right angle pigtail. The red wire is for the turn signal/brake, the black is for running lamps and the white wire would ground to the trailer frame.
The lamp can be flush mounted using the # A70GB grommet.
