Question:
Redarc lists TPH-025 as harness for 2007 new body GMC Sierra 1500 but I cant find that thing anywhere. Not even their site. I see you have the TPH-010 that fits a large variety of GMC vehicles. Will this one just plug into my 07s brake controller harness? Or will i have to go with a universal? Thank you,

Hey John. There's no plug in brake controller adapter for the 2007 GMC Sierra 1500. What GM did was run the wires you'll need to install a brake controller under your dash but there's no connector on the end of them.
To install the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller item # RED24FR, you'll need the Universal Wiring Harness item # RED69FR. This harness will allow you to splice directly into the factory wires. The Redarc Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness item # 331-TPH-010, you referenced, fits the 2014 - 2018 Sierra 1500s.
The wiring harness you're looking for is located under the dash, between the steering column and the top of the e-brake pedal, the harness will have a white tag on it, which makes it easier to locate. I've attach a photo below to help you find it.
What kind of trailer do you have?

I went with a harness for my Express 2500 22 model year. The Redarc unit was a simple install. About 2 hours only because my van didn’t have a trailer package from factory. I had to run wires to battery add on fuse box. The system works great.
