Will this fit a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Willys edition that has an aftermarket steel winch mount front bumper.

Hey Anthony. The Curt Front Hitch item # C31433 is designed for the 2016 Jeep Wrangler with the Hardrock bumper. The Curt item # 31432 is the one that's designed to fit the factory bumper on your 2016 Jeep Wrangler Willys edition. As far as being compatible with an aftermarket bumper goes, you'll need to look at the installation instructions linked below and compare them to your current setup. All of the front hitches are designed around the factory options so there's no way to know if it'll fit.
