How to Install Tonneau Cover on 2000 GMC Sierra Stepside with Drop-In Bed Liner

Question:
I have a 2000 GMC Sierra Step Side with a 6.5 ft bed. I have a in liner and rail covers installed. Can you recommend bed covers that would work with my truck? Thanks!

Thanks for providing the photo of your truck bed, it certainly makes things easier.
If you click the provided link, you can see the various tonneau covers available for your 2000 Sierra Stepside. The problem you'll run into is that all the covers depend on having access to the underside of the bed rails in order for the clamps that hold the tonneau frame in place to attach to the vehicle, as you can see in the photo.
If the bed liner can be removed or the top of he bed liner can be pushed in by about an inch or so, or a few access holes could be cut in the liner, it would allow the tonneau clamps shown to be installed.
