Hey JD! The Aluminum AM03 Series Black Machined Trailer Wheel # AM43NR doesn't come with a valve stem so there is no set psi. The valve stem is always the limiting factor. If you add the Americana Metal, Bolt-In Valve Stem # AM20906 you will be able to use tires up to 200 psi so it can handle any 16" trailer tire out there.

Are you upgrading to nicer wheels on your trailer or something else?

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
