Hey Gavin, thanks for the information. I checked with our vendors and the highest capacity air bags available for the cab and chassis model of the 2003 Chevy 3500 is going to be 5,000 lbs. Firestone, Air Lift, and Pacbrake's 7,500 lbs kits like item # PB72FV are only for the 3500 pickup trucks.
I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs item # F2249. These air bags have a 5,000 lbs capacity that will keep the rear end of your Silverado level under heavy loads. All mounting brackets and hardware are included for installation.
I also recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone. Or the Firestone item # F2158 if you would prefer a analog setup with gauges that display the PSI.
If your set on needing a 10,000 lbs suspension support option. The only thing I have is the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System item # TGMR35HDM. These will replace your rear bump stops. They only work with the 2WD models of the 2003 cab and chassis Silverado's.
How is your truck setup? Is it a motorhome conversion or do you have a work bed?

Hey Gavin, how did the Firestone Ride-Rite air bags work out on your 3500 cab and chassis? Did they give you the support you needed for your load setup? Your feedback could really help others trying to upgrade their suspension on similar trucks.
