Question:
I have 2 enclosed trailers, both are 20foot and empty weight is 2900# and 5000-6000# full. The trailers have 2- 5000# axles with springs. I need to soften the ride. What options do you have?

The first thing I recommend is to inspect the suspension of both trailers and make sure none of the parts are just worn and in need or replacing. If anything is worn I would start by replacing those parts.
Some additional parts to improve the trailer's ride you may be interested in are oil shocks. We have the Lippert Components Bolt-On Shock Mount Kit # LC281281 which are for 3 inch axles. They'll cushion the trailer's ride for you.
Another option is to upgrade the equalizers to the E-Z Flex, like # K71-652-00 that have rubber cores to absorb road shock. Or the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC314336 which will also improve the ride quality.
You'll need to measure your current parts to determine which replacement will be the correct fit for you.
