Hey Dan. All of TowSmart's ball mounts like the Adjustable 2-Ball Mount item # TS89VR, you were looking at, are made in the USA. This is a 12,500 lbs capacity ball mount that fits a 2" hitch. It includes a 2" and 2-5/16" hitch ball and will provide you with up to a 6" rise and 6" drop.
The TowSmart item # TS89VR also includes two locks and a carrying case. The locks are keyed alike and secure the hitch ball platform to the shank and the ball mount itself to your vehicle's hitch.
