Has Dometic built a replacement for the Penguin II high capacity heat pump, 9600003813.

Hey Robert! Dometic might have a new R32 Penguin II but it is not something that we carry. Since everything moved to R32 this year complete system replacement will be required whether it is a Dometic or another brand. If you aren't 100% set on Dometic I recommend checking out the GE Appliances Low-Profile RV AC w/ Heat Pump. You can choose from the following based on ducted/ductless:
