Question:

Can I use my Yakima SweetRoll Rooftop Mounted Boat Loaders on the Malone MicroSport Trailer MPG460XT? I still have the adapters that came with the SweetRoll for square racks but need to know if they will work.

You sure can Chris! The Yakima SweetRoll item # Y04074 will definitely attach to the 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" square bars on the Malone MicroSportXT Trailer item # MPG460XT.

The Malone MicroSportXT Trailer item # MPG460XT comes with two 78" wide square crossbars that have a 800 lbs capacity. The trailer measures 13' 3" long x 78" wide x 30" tall overall and weighs 230 lbs. It will attach to a 2" hitch ball.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have a Hobie Compass and my wife has a 10 foot Hobie Passport. The SweetRoll makes it easier to load on my Tundra with the Yakima Overhaul HD but it's time to get something a little easier to load and unload. I like the Malone because of the retractable hitch and the width of the bars so I can put two kayaks on at once.

@Chris You're welcome! Those are some big kayaks to be unloading and loading on a ladder rack. The Malone MicroSportXT Trailer item # MPG460XT is definitely going to make that process way easier. The retractable hitch is a great feature and helps with storage.
