Hey Lynn. If you're using the 10 power level settings on the Greystone Electric RV Induction Cooktop item # 324-000127 it's going to be broken down in wattage not temperature. I've attached the chart from the installation instructions below that shows the breakdown. If you're wanting to cook with exact temperatures, I recommend setting the cooktop to the temperature setting mode. The scale goes from 120° to 460°.
