Hey Neighbor. The hitch receiver attachment you currently have is only rated for non-towing accessories like a bike rack or cargo carrier. I can not recommend towing with your current set up. Stealth Hitch has a separate kit part # SH39FR that will have the parts needed if you are towing. The hitch receiver that came with the kit you are using is not rated for towing because it causes a lot of movement when a ball mount is connected. The kit I linked has a ball mount that attaches directly to your hitch, eliminating the hitch receiver square that you are using now. Less components means less movement. I realize that this frustrating, let me know if you need help getting that towing kit.
This is a well made hitch that was worth the effort to install. Word of wisdom, make sure you have all the tools needed before starting. Once you get going, follow the well written instructions precisely and you should be in business in a day. If you're novice, it might be better served to trust an installer to complete the job.
