Hi Garrett!
We do have options for your 2015 Kenworth T270, but there are not going to be any custom fit hitches available.
If I were doing this, I would go with the Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch w/ Brackets - 2-1/2" Receiver - 44" Wide # C87CR. It can tow up to 20K, has a 2-1/2" receiver, and is American made. You will need to do some welding to get it attached, but I think it's the best option. Especially with your frame looking to be 34" wide (at least that I could find).
What are you going to be towing? And also, what do you typically use the truck for?

The truck is currently configured as an ambulance and I bought it to convert into a camper. I planned to pull my 4 seat polaris rzr so nothing heavy. Even though I dont plan on pulling anything heavy I don't want a light duty hitch so the one you suggested is a nice option.
