Hey Peter!
Happy to help! We do have several great options, and it really depends on which bolt pattern you have. A 12" wheel can be either a 4 bolt or 5 bolt pattern. Since we don’t know which one you have yet, the safest choice would be the CE Smith offset spare tire mount, part # CE27310G.
This carrier fits trailer frames 1" to 3-1/2" wide and up to 4" tall. If you need a different mounting style or want something that installs another way, just let me know and I can point you in the right direction.

Hey Peter, how did the CE Smith offset spare tire mount work out with your 12-inch wheel? It sounds like it should fit well if you have the 5-bolt pattern. Your update could make it easier for others choosing a similar setup.
