Looking for a base plate for a 2026 Ram 1500 Rebel pickup. I have a Blue OX tow bar with the attachment points shown in the attached picture. Are those ends compatible with the Demco DM9519341? Or do you have the Blue Ox components that are similar to the Demco product? Thank you.

Hey Tom, congrats on the new truck! The Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit item # DM9519341 is compatible with most Blue Ox tow bars if you use the Blue Ox Tow Bar Adapter Brackets for Demco Tabless Base Plates item # DM9523127.
Please note that the Blue Ox Tow Bar Adapter Brackets item # DM9523127 will not work with the Blue Ox Avail item # BX7420. There is no adapter to make this tow bar work with the item # DM9523127. I can't tell from the picture but if you have an Avail item # BX7420, you'll need to install the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit item # BLU66ER.
Both the Demco item # DM9519341 and the Blue Ox item # BLU66ER baseplate kits are confirmed to fit the 2026 Ram 1500 Rebel.

Supplemental Braking System - Curt RVi Series Shadow 2 Flat Tow Brake System item # RVI94FR for a permanent install or the Curt RVi Series 4 Portable Flat Tow Brake System item # RVI44FR for a portable system.
Please note you will also need the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit item # RM58DQ if you go with the permanently installed item # RVI94FR. This makes sure your braking system isn't applying when it's not supposed to.

Upon further review, looking at base plates part number DM9519341 from Demco and BLU66ER from Blu Ox, on your website, they both say excluding Rebel etc. The Blue Ox website states part number BX2423 for a base plate that fits the Rebel. That part number does not come up in a search of your website. Do you have or can you get that part number. And as a side note, I have the braking system and am aware of the need for safety cables wiring etc. Thank you.
