Hey Robert. To add a class V hitch to a 2002 Ford F-53 chassis, I recommend the Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch w/ Brackets item # C99CR. There is not a custom fit receiver for the F-53 models because the chassis can be modified by the RV manufacturer and would require different options for different RVs.

The Curt item # C99CR includes universal brackets that will need to be welded to the outside of your frame. It fits frames up to 44" wide so this will fit great. It has a 16,000 lbs towing capacity and a maximum tongue weight of 1,600 lbs. We also have the same style hitch item # C87CR with a 2-1/2" receiver. This one has a 20,000 lbs towing capacity and 2,000 lbs max tongue weight.

What are you going to be towing behind your RV?

We will be towing a 18' utility for OHV toys. Maybe something bolt on?

@Robert There's nothing with that high of a capacity that is going to be bolt on. The ones that attach to the bottom of your frame like item # 13703 top out at maybe 3,500 lbs. You'll have to go with a weld on option like the Curt item # C99CR. You'll also need the following parts for a trailer of that size: 4-Way - Curt Powered Tail Light Converter w/ 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector item # C59496 7-Way - Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller item # ETBC7 Brake Controller - Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller item # 90885
