I need to add a hitch Are there any bolt on kits or only weld on? Which would you recommend for my vehicle since I also have a liftgate I assume I’ll need to use an extended draw bar to clear the depth of the liftgate I plan to tow an enclosed 18’ trailer in next few months and maybe a open or enclosed car hauler

For your 2002 Isuzu NPR HD you're going to need to install a universal trailer hitch like the weld-on Draw-Tite # 41990-07 or perhaps the Buyer's Products # 3371801051 which is also a weld-on application but it has a 62" crossbeam as opposed to the 44" crossbeam for the Draw-Tite.
So basically we don't have a custom fit for your box truck but we do have some universal options available that you can check out. If you still aren't sure then I recommend speaking with whoever you plan on having do the welding to get their opinion about what would be best.
