For your application you need the GE Profile Tankless RV Water Heater w/Mixing Tank # GE74RR. I'm not sure how direct of a replacement this is for an old Atwood, but it's 12-1/2" high x 12-1/2" wide x 18-7/8" deep and is rated for up to 10,100 ft and down to 0 degrees Fahrenheit.
Does this fit the bill for what you're needing?
