Hey Vicky! Yes, the Meyer HomePlow Residential Hydraulic Snowplow # ME53FR includes the wired pistol grip controller. See the attached picture. You can use the plow on your 2003 Silverado as long as you have a front hitch with a 2" receiver.

Hey Vicky, how did the HomePlow and wired pistol grip controller work out on your Silverado? Your update could make it easier for others setting up the same plow and hitch combo.
