Availability of Winch Similar to Fulton # F142306 that Has Freewheel Handle Position

Does the Fulton winch F142306 ratchet have a middle free wheel position to let the strap out without using the handle? I assume all winches do but not sure.

Hey Mark, the Fulton winch part # F142306 that you referenced does not have a freewheel position. Instead we have the similar Jif marine winch part # 315-W2000D that does. The middle position does allow it to free wheel but it does spin the handle as the strap is fed out.
