Can SeeLevel RV Holding Tank Monitor Multiplex be Used with Spyder Panel

Updated 10/21/2025 | Published 10/14/2025

Question:

I have a 2021.5 Pleasureway Ontour 2.0 campervan with multiplex wiring. If I get a seelevel display that is compatable with multiplex wiring, will the tank sensor readings display on the factory spyder panel if I use the existing tanks sensor wiring, or should I just get a regular display and just wire it separetly? Thanks

Hey Mark, the SeeLeveL RV Holding Tank Monitor # SE97VR can be wired up so that basically multiple displays can be used at the same time so if you have a multiplexed Spyder panel currently this can be used with it and it also would display the seelevel tank sensor height reading in the tanks.

So are you saying that the seelevel percentage readings will display on the spyder panels, and if so, how hard is it to wire the seelevel into the spyder panels, i really don't see how it could be be connected.

@MarkS The multiplexing capability of the # SE97VR allows it to be compatible with RV-C systems which I checked and the Spyder system you mentioned uses this. The black four prong connector on the right side of the back of the SeeLevel panel is for the RV-C multiplex connection. V-, Can L, Can H, V+

I still don't understand how difficult it will be to wire the seelevel panel to coexist with the spyder panel. Will i have to find a shop that knows how to do this and hire it done, or will the instructions walk me through how to set it it so everything works smoothly?

@MarkS Does the Spyder panel use the same 4 wires for the multiplexing? It should be the V-, Can L, Can H, V+.
