Question:

I have a 2013 GMC Sierra 2013 1500. Will this fit? I notice it says 2500 and 3500 in the description. Thanks!

No, it does not Tim but I have one that does. Since you have a 2013 GMC Sierra 1500, you'll need the Curt Front Hitch item # 31322. This hitch is custom fit for the 1500 models only. The Draw-Tite item # 65078 you referenced only fits the 2500 and 3500 models.

I have attached a picture so you can see what this front hitch looks like installed, along with an installation video and the instructions so you can see how to get it set up.

What do you plan on using a front hitch for?
