Install Instructions for Fastway E2 Weight Distribution System 92-00-1000

Question:
I recently bought a travel trailer with an E2 92-00 1000 hitch on it. I dont think it is installed correctly. The outside link plate looks different than the one shown in the instruction manuals I see on-line. It doesnt have two studs on it but has a sleeve or collar that the L bracket slides inside of with a single bolt that screws in from the outside. Two of the link plate bolts are longer making me wonder if the longer ones are supposed to extend into the bottom of the L bracket to prevent it from moving forward and backward. Can you send me the right version of the installation manual for this hitch? Is it an older version? Thank You for any help you can give.

Hey Brent, I attached a link down below to the install instructions for the Fastway WD system part # FA92-00-1000 for you to check out as well as a couple install video links. It does sound like you have an older version of the system and that's why what you have appears to be different.

Hey Brent, were you able to confirm if those Fastway e2 instructions matched your older hitch setup? Knowing how the link plate compared could help others with the same version. Your update could make it easier for the next person sorting through similar differences.
