Question:
looking for 3 1/2 axel riser kits for a 2018 winnebago 2106FBS. The axle is a Lippert 3500lb Torsion Axle.

To lift your 2018 Winnebago Micro Minnie 2106FBS with tandem 3500lb Lippert torsion axles need the Axle Riser Kit - Single Diamond Torsion Axle - 3-1/2" Lift # LC270682 if your axles have the diamond axle tube, or # LC382741 if you axles have the square axle tube.
Each of these kits will give you the 3-1/2" lift you are looking for, and since your trailer has tandem axles you will need two kits, since one kit does one axle.
