Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Fastway replacement L-pin. This is going to replace one L-pin for your Fastway e2 weight distribution system. This is going to install on your L-bracket and it will help to hold your spring bar in place so you don't have to worry about it coming off as you're traveling. This is a direct replacement from Fastway so you can trust is going to work with your Fastway e2 weight distribution system, whether it's a 6,000 pound, 8,000 pound, 10,000 pound or 12,000 pound system with either a round bar or a trunnion bar. Now, if you do have a 4,500 pound weight capacity trunnion weight distribution system, the Fastway e2 weight distribution system, you'll need to use the part number that you see on the screen there.
It is a little bit smaller so it's gonna fit that smaller trunnion bar for you to make sure that it's going to stay in place. But if you do have the 6,000 pound, 8,000 pound, 10,000 pound, or 12,000 pound Fastway e2, this is gonna be the correct pin, direct replacement from Fastway, so you can trust it is just gonna fit right in place. You can still use all your other components. There's no compatibility issues or anything like that. So that completes our look for today.

I am still using the L pins and are perfect for my existing sway bars.
These are the exact ones that came with my hitch. But, I lost the original set; don’t leave them on your bumper after unhitching. These are top quality and well-priced. Thanks, etrailer, for having all the RV equipment that I need.
The original brackets installed on my Flagstaff RV
broke. I was disappointed that I couldn’t upgrade to a stronger sway bar “L”bracket. Paying $65.00 for bracket was a ridiculous price. Don the salesman however was very professional.
etrailers original order was handled so badly by the carrier that all we got was an empty delivery envelope that was put into a clear plastic bag with sorry for the inconvenience printed on it. It was the holiday weekend when this happened but I sent the email to etrailer anyway and got a response the next day. I explained what happened and they sent out a new order that day. I can’t say enough great things about this company. I’ve used them before and everything I’ve ever gotten from them has worked great. Also, I really like these pins over my stock ones I received with the e2 hitch I bought a few years ago from my camper dealership. I like larger section for the L-pin to sit.

Product worked out great to replace L pins on 4-way sway
The product is just as ordered and needed. The service at etrailer is always superb, quick, efficient, friendly, helpful! This is the second time I've had to order extra 'L' clips, dues to being lost/misplaced, but ordering from etrailer and George is so pleasant and service so fast, maybe I have been unconsciously losing them so I can order more?
But to save money, here is my solution to losing more of them: I drilled a 3/32" hole in each new pin, on the opposite end of the pin from the hole for the spring clip, and about 1/4" from the end, NOT near the bend), got two 24" lengths of 1/16" galvanized cable from the hardware store along with two 1/16" cable ferrules, ran one cable through each new hole in each pin, fed the cable through one of the unused holes in the anti-sway mounting bracket, and clamped the cable ends together with the ferrules. Now the pins are permanently attached to the trailer anti-sway bracket! So now I'll have to order other things from etrailer.
