Best Brake Controller that will connect directly to my 2024 Entegra Accolade XL 37L that is on a Freightliner S2RV Chassis

Hey Casey, thanks for reaching out!

I recommend going with the Curt Spectrum Brake Controller w/Universal Harness # C72RV for how versatile it is when it comes to mounting the control knob, and that it uses colors to tell you what's going on as opposed to codes. There isn't a custom wiring adapter for it (we don't know what OEM plug exists on your Entegra) but you'll be able to use the universal wiring to connect it to the existing wiring on your motorhome.

You're going to look for a bundle of wires up under your dash or next to your steering column that you'll splice the universal wiring into. The following list is what you'll connect that universal harness to:

Blue - 7-Way Output to Trailer
Black - 12V Power
White - Ground
Red - COLD Side of Stop Light Switch (only gets hot when brake pedal is pressed)

Hopefully the wires are labeled, but if they aren't you can test them with a circuit tester # PTW2992 so you can match the functions.

Would you be able to let me know where you find the bundle of wires at so I can know for future reference?
