Thanks Jerred, Thank you for the reply! I have ordered one, expensive but if it works it will be ideal. I did order a unit a when the car was new from Amazon that said it was for the Niro EV but I think in 2023 the connectors were made smaller so it did not fit. That was through Amazon locally so returning it was no problem. Right now I have a generic one that clips around the wires and detects the current. It works for the signal and brake lights but does not detect the running lights and I need to be using a trailer this fall so running lights are important. BTW, we have a CURT hitch and it fit the car like a dream, easiest hitch install ever. Mike

@Mike You're welcome Mike! Yeah Amazon is super sketchy on wiring harnesses not fitting the correct make and models. Glad you were able to find a temporary solution though. Glad the install was easy on you! What kind of trailer do you have?
