Question:
Hi, I recently purchased a 2025 Hyundai Palisade SEL Premium and wanted to add a hitch, 7-way plug, and a brake controller with as little vehicle alterations as possible. Im looking at the Curt Class III receiver part C13427, Tekonsha complete wiring harness part TK64CR, and Tekonsha Voyager iD brake controller part TK59DR ?. Would this be your suggestion for least about of drilling and trimming of factory bumper/trim? Would I also need a mounting bracket or extended mounting bracket for the 7-way plug? Thank you,

Hi Jacob, congrats on the new ride!
We found the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13427 to not need any trimming when we installed it, so it is definitely the one I recommend.
The Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness w Brake Controller Adapter - 7 Way Trailer Connector # TK64CR will make getting a 7-way and brake controller a lot easier as well, so it is the best choice. You will need a bracket to mount the 7-way, and we do have a few options for that. Something like the Curt Easy Mount Bracket # C58000 is an easy install, but not the prettiest thing in the world. The Pollak Mounting Bracket # PK12711U would need to be mounted a little more creatively, but would likely be a cleaner look once complete.
The Tekonsha Voyager iD Brake Controller - Dash Knob - Up to 3 Axles - Proportional # TK26BR is a newer brake controller, but we have been selling a lot of them. Tekonsha also makes some of the best brake controllers on the market, if not the best, so it is an extremely good option. You will have to drill a small hole for the post that holds the know to go though, but if you have an empty switch port you won't be messing anything up. Once it is installed, it will look about as OEM as an aftermarket brake controller can. These are my preferred style of controller.
What are you going to be towing?

Thanks Lazer. Main use will be any 2" attachments (carry-all, bike rack, etc) but wanted to be able to move 1-2 horses in our 16' stock trailer if we ever needed to while in my wife's car.
