Looking For Metal Valve Stem For Grand Design Wheels With Recessed Valve Stem Holes

Do you know if anyone makes a metal tire valve stem that will fit in the recess on the Grand Design wheels? I had a stem fail and wanted to replace the stem with metal when the new tire was put on, but had to settle a higher pressure rated rubber valve. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thank you.

Hello Steve, thanks for reaching out. According to my research, the wheels that Grand Design uses are similar Aluminum Jaguar wheels that have a recessed valve stem hole. We have found the Americana Metal, Bolt-In Valve Stem # AM20906 to work with these. It will work with both 0.453" and 0.625" hole sizes.
