How Stable is the Detachable Receiver for a Stealth Hitch? Does it Wobble or Move Around?

How much does the inset move back and forth when installed? Would a bike rack or cargo carrier have any wobble because of that when attached to the hitch? Many bike carriers utilize anti-wobble expanders to minimize movement, but that feature would be useless if the hitch isn’t secure in the same way.

It doesn't move if you lock it in correctly. The Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver item # 391AUDA5S518 has a push lock system and once you set that key the receiver is in there.
The Stealth Hitch item # 391AUDA5S518 is confirmed to fit a 2020 Audi A4 Allroad. This hitch is only going to be able to be used with accessories like you mentioned. If you ever have any intentions on towing you'll want to get the item # 391AUDA5S518T instead.
