Hi Douglas!
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C67FR we have listed is the exact same thing as the 11575. We just changed the part number as said part number is very similar to the Attwood Boat Mooring Fender Lock Kit # AT89ZR (their part number is 11575-3, so you can see the similarity). Changing the part numbers just makes it easier to differentiate between them.
The Curt # C67FR is still the correct fit for a 2020 to 2025 Kia Soul, excluding the 1.6L Turbo.
What are you wanting to use a hitch for?

I am going to get a small utility trailer for hauling light loads, lumber, dirt, furniture under 1000lbs. Maybe an aluminum fishing boat some day. Tell John what an amazing job he did on the video, touching on all the little details to make installation easy. Also, kudos to the cameraman, was able to clearly see what John was referring to.
