How to Install the Demco Air Force One Flat Tow Brake System on a 2025 Chevy Silverado 1500

Looking for guidance with hooking this system to my 2025 Chevy Silverado with the 3.0L Duramax. Im not sure where the vacuum line is located on my engine. It would be great if you could provide pictures to help me continue my install. Thanks

Hey Joe. We haven't had a chance to install the Demco Air Force One Flat Tow Brake System item # SM99243 on a 2025 Chevy Silverado 1500. I have attached a video below we made of this install being done on a 2023. If that doesn't answer your questions. I recommend reaching out directly to Demco for assistance.
Another option is if you go to the product page of the Roadmaster Battery Disconnect item # RM93MR you purchased and scroll down below the pics on the left side you'll see a box that says, Locate installers near me. Go ahead and click on it and it will take you to a page where you'll be able to enter your zip code. Once you do this you'll be connected to our network of reputable installers in your area.

Hello, I don't have a 3500, I have a 2025 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the 3.0 liter Duramax diesel. I assume it has hydro assist brakes but would like you to confirm that there is no vacuum lines that need to connect to the the Air Force One Flat Tow System. Thanks, Joe
