I sure can! I checked with Blue Ox and their item # BLU97UR base plate kit has been confirmed to fit the 2024 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali. Please note that this is the only option Blue Ox has and these do have fixed arms that are not removable.
Here are some other parts you will need to flat tow your 2024 GMC Sierra 3500:
Tow Bar and Safety Chains - Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar item # BX7420
Battery Disconnect - Roadmaster Battery Disconnect Switch item # RM-766 for gas or item # RM93MR for diesel
Wiring Harness - Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit item # RM-15267
Supplemental Braking System - SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System item # SM99251 or item # SM99243 if your motorhome has air brake.
High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter.
