How High Does Dometic FanTastic Roof Vent Sit Above Roof With Dome Removed

Question:
hello! I am planning to use this roof fan in a unique way. I am thinking to remove the rain cover and instead place an elevated solar panel just above the fan. I need to figure out how much this unit would add to my roof height without the cover so measured from the top flange to the top of the motor would it be possible for someone to take this measurement? Hi Brian; I went out to our warehouse and grabbed this measurement for you. The motor and rubber gasket around the top edge of the # FV802250 sit right in line with each other and stick up 2-1/4" from the flange.
