The fridge arrived very quickly and dam age-free.
It was exactly what it was looking for at a moderate price
Disappointed with the operation of this fridge so far, particularly the temperature consistency. Even on the warmest temp setting, items in the refrigerator section freeze every night (ambient temps in the 50's), then reach in the low 50's during the day (ambient temperatures in the 80's). This has managed to ruin nearly every food item I've put in there. I've reached out to the manufacturer for assistance trouble shooting the temperature problems with no response to date, do not recommend this product!
The refrigerator is what I expected. No surprises. I installed it in my boat. It was fairly easy to install. Keeps everything cold and freezer works well.
While we just received the product and not tested it, Ian have no doubt as to the quality. This is based on the advise and service that Stacy at trailer has provided. It arrived well ahead of schedule and in good condition.
The fridge was shipped out quickly and I can't wait to install it.

The hardware to reverse the door swing did not function correctly, and the manufacturer blew off my explanation and pictures provided by providing some AI bs that did not even relate to the problem.It took three weeks for them to "respond" because the issue "fell through some cracks" in their process. At which time they closed the ticket without any input from me. To say they were worthless is a kind statement.
Great service. The refrigerator arrived on time. No complaints.

Missing parts no follow up
I purchased the Norcold fridge to replace my old propane/110v. When I say old it was 54 years old. Pull and twist igniter. I decided to go 12volt because I’ve upgraded my ‘71 truck camper to batteries, a 110v charge converter, and a dc/dc charge converter while driving. It fit with almost no modification to the existing space. I had to cut the top of the opening about 1 1/2 inches and run 12v power. It runs quiet and gets cold fast. According to my meter it’s only using 50 watts. It doesn’t care if I’m not level. I don’t have to worry about leaving the propane on while driving or getting fuel. The door latch is great and the light inside is bright. I love it!

Notes: Item is dented in one top back corner and has 3 small cosmetic dents along the slide and door. Otherwise new and unused.
