Question:
Will this work with a 1998 Four Winns 180 Horizon? The original jack is the welded on backing plate. Thanks

Hey Mike! You can use the Fulton Boat Trailer Jack w/ Wheel # FTJ120W0301 on your 1998 Four Winns 180 Horizon. However, you will need to measure to see if this matches the current bracket. See the attached photo with measurements. Worst case you can cut off the old one and weld-on the included backing plate. You can also weld on the new one in a different location and leave the old one in place for less work.
What kind of jack did you have before? An old Shelby maybe?

Hi Robin. Thanks for your you for your response. Like most I was trying to find a jack that would use the existing snap ring. I had taken the measurements that you mentioned and I felt that this jack would work. I wanted to run it by you to make sure there was nothing I was missing. I also noted others in this forum who have Four Winns trailers of similar age and it seemed to work for them. So I went ahead and bought it. We’ll see if it works. Thanks, Mike
