Fulton Marine Jack - Weld On - Sidewind - 1,200 lbs Item # FXP100W0301 Fulton logo Can you give me an email address where I can send a picture of my welded on trailer hitch mount to see if this is the right part? I may have uploaded it here

If the holes on your mount are separated by 3 inches the Fulton trailer jack # FXP100W0301 will fit.
If you need a new mount you'd need the # P9012-00.
For new hardware for the bracket you'd need the # F0933325S00.
