Im planning on buying this hitch receiver for my 2024 Subaru Forester Touring to tow a uhaul trailer. They recommend a ball mount height of about 18. Can you recommend a ball mount with appropriate rise/ when used with the receiver on my Forester for this use case?

Great question, Kevin!
The hitch you mentioned, part # e83ZR, sits around 14" off the ground so part # EBMK4EL would be the perfect fit. Along with the ball mount, you will also be getting a ball, hitch pin, and a carrying case.
Also, if you're towing you'll also need to pick up Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56040 so you can plug the trailer in.
