Is The Progressive Dynamics PD4045KA Compatible With Lithium Batteries?

Question:
Is my 2014 camper with a progressive dynamics power converter PD4045KA ready for lithium batteries? I see where your experts said it was and then I see where your expert said that it wasn’t due to the year even though it was the same model . Appreciate your help, thank you.

Hello Troy, thanks for reaching out. The current version of the Progressive Dynamics # PD4045KA is compatible with Lithium batteries. You just need to make sure the output mode switch is set to LI for lithium batteries. That will change the output to 14.6v.
If your model is original from 2014, it likely will not have a lithium mode and will need to be replaced with a new model.
